FLOURLESS PRODUCTS

The following items are made without using any flour. The cookies listed here are made with almond paste or corn starch. These items are, however, NOT GLUTEN-FREE. In order for items to be considered gluten free, they must be made with separate equipment and produced in a different area. That does not apply to these items. These items are always around other products that do contain flour, such as in the showcase, so cross-contamination is possible.
